Photo Above is the Skimos’ Ski Club all around winner of the 2025 Return of the Pumpkin People Displays.  You just aren’t famous until a Pumpkin People display has been done of you or your business… this one is the infamous Jon Sarty and the White Mountain Boys!  Our favorite band and people!  You can hear them play at our Covered Bridge Dance every year!

On October 1, 2026 the Jackson Area of New Hampshire will be busy checking in the  Return of the Pumpkin People.  These quirky unique and often hilarious Pumpkin People show up in Intervale, Glen, Bartlett, Harts Location, Conway and Jackson New Hampshire.  This year you will enjoy more than 50 displays.   Pack your cameras, make your reservations and be sure to get your Official Return of the Pumpkin People Map located at most participating businesses and at the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 18 Main Street, Jackson, NH.

Take it from local business owner of the Snowflake Inn, Sue Methot (the Snowflake Inn has been the recipient of many winning titles) “It is something you just don’t want to miss!” Hundreds of new visitors come every year raving about the displays they have visited and vowing to return year after year.  This is a leaf peeper’s dream… a must see event!

Only at this event will you see displays of Pumpkin People doing things you never thought possible… they fly, they boat, hang around in trees, on poles, in the sky and more.  For more detailed information please visit us on the web at JacksonNH.com or Facebook at JacksonAreaCofC.  You can print a map off our website JacksonNH.com or call the office at 603-383-9356 and we’ll mail one out to you today!
