Jackson, New Hampshire will once again join a nationwide program launched by the Department of Defense for a commemorative walk for our victims, survivors and their families of September 11, 2001 as well as a show of support to our military men and women who serve this great nation and our Police, Fire & Rescue Personnel.  The Jackson New Hampshire walk will be held on Wednesday, September 11^th at 5:30 PM.  The walk will begin at the Jackson Covered Bridge located at the intersection of route 16 and 16A in Jackson, New Hampshire.

Participants should meet at 5:00 PM and be ready to complete a 1.1 mile walk around the Jackson, New Hampshire loop.  The walk will begin promptly at 5:30 PM immediately following, the Pledge of Allegiance to our Flag, Singing of the National Anthem by Dallas Bell, a few non-political remarks and a moment of silence just before we walk as a united people proudly saluting our heroes.  The first 40 people to sign in will receive a complimentary T shirt and American Flag.
