Tin Mountain will be hosting a butterfly count the weekend of July 22 as part of the North
American Butterfly Association’s (NABA) nationwide count. In advance of this inaugural
community science event, we are hosting a field training day to familiarize everyone with tips
and techniques for netting, identifying, and recording the observed butterflies. All are welcome
to join in the training session, even if you can’t join us for the count!
