Disney’s Frozen JR. Opens at the End of the Month!

 

The stage is set for the fourth production to come from Believe in Books Youth Theatre, the premier youth theatre program in the Mt. Washington Valley. Disney’s Frozen Jr. opens on Friday, May 31st at the Theater in the Wood.

 

INTERVALE, NH – It is one of the most popular Disney movies of all time and its’ sequel, which hits movie theaters this November, broke the record for the most watched animated trailer in the first 24 hours. Of course, we are talking about the enchanting tale: Frozen.  With so much buzz for the movie and then the smash hit on Broadway, Believe in Books Youth Theatre is excited to present: Disney’s Frozen JR. for their Spring production!

Opening on Friday May 31st, a story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Disney’s Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart! The show, directed by Nate Sawyer, will be presented by a youth cast of children between the ages of 7 through 18.

Disney’s Frozen JR. will be performed at the Theater in the Wood, in Intervale, NH and will open on Friday, May 31st. There are additional shows on Saturday, June 1st, Friday, June 7th, and Saturday, June 8th all beginning at 7:00 pm.  Doors for each performance will open at 6:30 pm with concessions and candygrams available for the young performers.  Advanced tickets may be purchased online for $12.00 at www.believeinbooks.org or at the door for $15.00. Members of Believe in Books Literacy Foundation receive $2.00 off any ticket.

BIBYT is another program presented by Believe in Books Literacy Foundation that helps support the mission to advance healthy development of young minds through literacy programs that encourage early reading, imagination, and physical activity. The Literacy Foundation is a Charitable 501(c)(3) Non-Profit guided by the needs and involvement of the communities of which it serves.
