Exciting news for the 2021 Season: We have added a fifth weekend to our Jingle Bell Chocolate Tours starting Saturday November 20th, Sunday November 21st, Saturday November 27th, Sunday November 28th, Saturday December 4th, Sunday December 5th, Saturday December 11th, Sunday December 12th, with the final weekend being Saturday December 18th and Sunday December 19th, 2021. The Price per ticket is now $32 per person children 2 and under riding on mom/dad’s lap are free. New joining the ranks of Chocolatiers are: the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa and the Inn at Thorn Hill & Spa… joining the expert chocolate making of the Nestlenook Farm, the Inn at Jackson, the Wildcat Inn & Tavern, the Wentworth, An Elegant Country Inn, the J-Town Deli & Country Store, the Snowflake Inn and the RiverWood Inn. If you have a Reserved Seating ticket from 2020 the $30 price is honored.
Tickets are priced at $32 per person. Children 2 or under sitting on your lap not taking chocolate treasures are free. Please be aware although chocolate treasures may not have nuts in them directly they may have come in contact with nuts, nut products or nut oil.!
The $32 ticket purchase includes a Jingle Bell, a festive bag to hold any uneaten hand-made chocolate treasures, a horse drawn Austrian sleigh ride through Jackson Village and hand-made chocolates presented to you right in your sleigh at each stop along the way. (Riders to not get out of sleighs to get their chocolates the proprietors of each business meets the sleighs and presents your chocolate goodies to you!)
How Long does the Tour Take?
You can expect to be on your sleigh ride for approximately one hour. Depending upon traffic throughout the village and how long each stop takes the timing may vary slightly.
Where to we park?
Very important… Nestlenook Farm Resort is open and operating their extremely wonderful winter activities during the Jingle Bell Chocolate Tour. The property is very busy. There are parking spots available to the left of the rotary where the sleigh leave from. This parking is limited and you may need to park in the upper overflow area or the Ticket and Rental main parking area… signs and parking attendant will be on site to help you with your parking needs. PLEASE do not attempt to park in the rotary area as that is where your sleighs will arrive and depart. Handicapped parking is always available as close to the event as possible please see signs and or the parking attendant.
Tell us about the Chocolatiers!
Each year our chocolatiers provide about 2,000 pieces of home-made chocolates to our riders. Although a percentage of the ticket price goes to the chocolatiers they are providing the service of meeting and greeting each sleigh and the chocolates at their expense. They volunteer to help keep this amazing event going. Please be sure to frequent our chocolatiers establishments and be sure the THANK THEM! Our Chocolatiers are: Nestlenook Farm, the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa (stationed at Nestlenook Farm), the Inn at Jackson, the Inn at Thorn Hill & Spa, the Wildcat Inn & Tavern, The Wentworth, An Elegant Country Inn, the J-Town Deli & Country Store, the Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club (stationed at the Wentworth), the Snowflake Inn, and the RiverWood Inn.
How can I get Tickets for a Jingle Bell Chocolate Tour Ride?
Tickets are available all year when booking to stay at one of our chocolatier properties (Nestlenook, Inn at Jackson, the wildcat Inn & Tavern, the Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club, The Wentworth, An Elegant Country Inn, the Snowflake Inn, and the Riverwood Inn or dining at J-Town Deli & Country Store). If you are booking 10 seats or more on a Sunday Ride you can book any time of the year by calling the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce at 978-580-0905. Any remaining tickets go on sale to the general public on November 17th, 2020.

Chocolate tour Tickets sold in 2021 are non-refundable. BUT, as long as we have your cancellation at least 5 business days prior to the time of your tour, we will reissue your tickets for the 2022 Jingle Bell Chocolate Tour! You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ride; don’t be late to the gate, there will be no refunds for missed sleighs. Mother Nature is still in charge, IF we must cancel your ride because of weather, you may either reschedule for any available 2021 ride or receive 2022 tour Tickets! Have fun with your plans and we will see you masked up and social distancing. SHOULD COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS BE INCREASED OR RELEASED WE WILL UPDATE ACCORDINGLY.
